Vermont Licensure Portfolio

The Vermont Licensure Portfolio (VLP) is the licensure portfolio completed by aspiring educators in teacher education programs. The VLP is a common performance assessment that provides evidence of the aspiring educator's understanding and application of the Vermont Core Teaching Standards.  VLP Seminars address the VLP development.

Candidates will complete Themes I and III by December, 2026, keeping to the schedule. They will complete Theme II and the Endorsement Competencies by Spring-Summer, 2027, depending on the expiration of one's provisional license.
